Born into a family of real estate investors, Erin’s family bought their first cabin in Big Bear in 1988. Not long after that they purchased Shore Acres Lodge and Big Bear Vacations and moved to Big Bear full time. Erin and husband Tim joined the rest of the family in 1999 just after Tim graduated from Loyola Law school where he majored in real estate law. They bought the first of many real estate investments that year.

During this time Big Bear Vacations and Shore Acres Lodge were growing and shaping the transient rental market in Big Bear. Tim spent two years as a judicial clerk at the Riverside bankruptcy court before he and Erin decided that the next logical step would be to start a real estate company to compliment our thriving and growing vacation rental company. In 2002 Big Bear Vacations Real Estate and their baby girl Scarlet were born! Their first office was located in the very back of the Big Bear Vacations administrative office and consisted of 5 agents and we never looked back….

A short time after that we acquired Big Bear GMAC and became Big Bear Real Estate. Then a fantastic investment opportunity came up, the not yet completed Canadian log cabin that had been sitting half built for two years was going to auction. We jumped into gear and successfully acquired it. Tim put on his general contractors hat and we spent the next 4 months completing our now beautiful landmark building on Big Bear Blvd. After moving all our operations to our new location we began to grow and grow.

Towards the end of 2006 we knew we would have to make some decisions to fortify our real estate company for the anticipated market down turn. A franchise was the next logical step. After much research Keller Williams was the only choice for us and in September of 2007 we officially became Keller Williams Big Bear Lake Arrowhead. We worked hard and gained considerable market share in the worst market in 20 years moving from a respectable 5th position to 2nd in two short years. During that time Erin functioned as the Team Leader for the company leading, motivating, training and growing the company.

In 2010 Erin decided to focus on real estate sales and investing and her husband Tim’s main focus is commercial real estate and real estate transaction law. Erin now helps others learn about, find and realized the amazing opportunity of resort market income generating real estate ownership in Big Bear Lake California which is out of everything she has done, her favorite thing to do. Finding the investment opportunities for her family and clients is what she does best.
