VACATION RENTAL PROGRAM WITH BIG BEAR VACATIONS

Big Bear Vacations will manage your home on a short term basis with all the integrity and care to make you feel comfortable while away from your vacation rental home. Our program is the result of 30 years of experience and has become a model that is sought after in the industry. Our services include:

• Actual face to face check. All our guests are required to check in. They will be directed to our landmark custom log building with beautiful reception lobby with fireplace and coffee/hot cocoa station that is centrally located and easy to find. We will explain to our guests at this time how to conduct themselves while being a guest in your home while in Big Bear.

• Full Property Manager Services. You will be assigned a manager whom you will have constant and full access to. They will inspect your home before and after each guest stay. They will be your contact for any and all needs and act as a liaison between you and the company.

• Professional House-keeping Services. Our competent house keeping staff will fully clean your house after each paying guest. They will also provide services for your non-paying quests and your family when visiting Big Bear so you can relax and enjoy your cabin. You property manager will inspect and approve each clean.

• Full Service On-line Booking. Big Bear vacations puts fourth a major effort to market your home and in attracting the right guests to view, reserve and stay in your vacation rental property.

• Extended Hours of Operation. We are accessible and available to facilitate phone reservations and guest check-ins.

• Complimentary Gift Bags. Each guest is given a complimentary gift bag with seasonal items of need as well as appropriate items that will make their stay more pleasurable and keep them informed of what to do around town and where to go for all their needs.

• Full Concierge Services. There is an information desk located in the lobby of Big Bear vacations. This service is available to our guests who are checking in during business hours. The professional stationed in the vacation rental lobby is prepared to answer all questions from where to have dinner and grocery shop to how to purchase their own vacation rental property.
